We are looking for you

As an intern (m/f/d), you will support our team in the entire spectrum of day-to-day operations. We will assign you responsible tasks in a wide range of areas and use you for strategic projects. You will work closely with all teams in the company and gain insight into all areas and have an extremely steep learning curve.

You will be responsible for

In detail, your tasks include:

Participation in projects and support of project management as well as cooperation with all team units (e.g. executive board, marketing, sales)
Supporting the areas of Management, Marketing, Campaign and Credit & Risk with data-driven analyses and deriving appropriate measures
Analysis and optimisation of existing processes and procedures
Market analyses on the topics of FinTech, finance, SMEs, scale-ups, etc.

To be successful in this role you will need

You are a student or have already completed your studies and have an affinity for business and online business. You don't necessarily have to study or have completed a degree in economics with a corresponding focus. We are looking for someone who sees himself as a generalist and wants to try out his talents.

Interest in business and current trends in financial services
Knowledge of the start-up scene and especially the fintech sector desirable but not a must
A natural affinity for numbers and playing with them
A quick grasp and an even greater willingness to learn
Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Structured, self-motivated and conscientious work
Open, communicative type

Du arbeitest eng mit allen Teams des Unternehmens zusammen und bekommst so Einblick in alle Bereiche und hast eine extrem steile Lernkurve.

Deine Aufgaben

Mitarbeit bei Projekten und Unterstützung des Projektmanagements sowie Zusammenarbeit mit allen Teameinheiten (z.B. Vorstand, Marketing, Sales)
Unterstützung der Bereiche Management, Marketing, Kampagne und Credit & Risk mit datengetriebenen Analysen und Ableitung entsprechender Maßnahmen
Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Abläufe
Marktanalysen zu den Themen FinTech, Finanzen, Mittelstand, Scale Ups u.ä.
Du bist ein Problemlöser, übernimmst eigene Projekte von Tag eins und wächst gemeinsam mit uns Das bieten wir Dir

Damit überzeugst Du uns

Du bist Student oder hast dein Studium bereits beendet und hast eine Affinität zu Wirtschaft und zum Online-Geschäft. Dafür musst du nicht zwingend Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit entsprechendem Schwerpunkt studieren oder absolviert haben. Denn wir suchen jemanden, der sich als Generalist versteht und seine Talente ausprobieren möchte.

Interesse an Wirtschaft und den aktuellen Trends im Bereich Finanzdienstleistungen
Kenntnisse der Start-up-Szene und speziell des Fintech-Sektors wünschenswert aber kein Muss
Eine natürliche Affinität für Zahlen und mit diesen zu spielen
Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine noch größere Lernbereitschaft
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Strukturiertes, eigenmotiviertes und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten
Offener, kommunikativer Typ
