Deine Aufgaben

Als Teil unseres Marketingteams trägst du dazu bei, unser Image als führende europäische Impact-Investitionsplattform zu stärken. Durch unsere Arbeit leisten wir einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Förderung nachhaltiger und sozial verantwortlicher Projekte.
Deine Rolle konzentriert sich besonders darauf, unsere Marke und unsere Projekte über verschiedene digitale Kanäle sichtbar zu machen und eine engagierte Community aufzubauen.

Deine Aufgaben:

Entwickle kreative Ansätze und Strategien zur Vermarktung unserer Inhalte und Projekte über Soziale Medien wie LinkedIn, Instagram und Facebook.
Erstelle mit Hilfe von Canva ansprechende Grafiken, die auf unseren Social-Media-Kanälen geteilt werden, um unsere CI zu stärken und unsere Reichweite zu erhöhen.
Unterstütze uns bei der Planung und Optimierung von Werbe- und Marketingmaßnahmen in Bereichen wie Google Adwords, Native Advertising und Social Media.
Sei die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Marketingteam und anderen Abteilungen, um gemeinsam unseren Unternehmenserfolg voranzutreiben.
Monitor und optimiere regelmäßig die Performance unserer Social Media Kanäle, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Marketingaktivitäten effektiv sind und unsere Zielgruppe optimal erreichen.

Eine eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Social Media Channels und erste Erfahrungen mit Canva.
Kenntnisse in der Grafikerstellung.
MS Office sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
Organisationstalent, Präzision und detailorientiertes Arbeiten.
Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit.

You will be responsible for

As part of our marketing team, you will help to strengthen our image as the leading European impact investment platform. Through our work, we make an important contribution to the promotion of sustainable and socially responsible projects. Your role will focus in particular on making our brand and our projects visible through various digital channels and building an engaged community.

Your tasks:

Develop creative approaches and strategies to market our content and projects via social media such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
Create engaging graphics with the help of Canva to be shared on our social media channels to strengthen our CI and increase our reach.
Support us in the planning and optimisation of advertising and marketing measures in areas such as Google Adwords, native advertising and social media
Be the interface between the marketing team and other departments to jointly drive our company's success.
Monitor and regularly optimise the performance of our social media channels to ensure that our marketing activities are effective and reach our target group in the best possible way.

To be successful in this role you will need

An independent and structured way of working
Confident handling of common social media channels and initial experience with Canva
Knowledge of graphic design
MS Office and very good German and English skills
Organisational talent, precision and detail-oriented work
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
